John Bussman has captured international  honors and created a new cheese called  Apple Jack. He is well known for his
 Swiss Cheese making demonstrations at  Cheese Days in Monroe, WI and his  presentation at the Smithsonian Folklife  Festival in Washington, D.C.
 The Swiss Family Bussman has prepared  quality cheese for 3 generations,  originating in Switzerland in 1914.
